For $0.05 and $0.25 plans:
- Calls are billed in an initial thirty (30) second increment, thereafter in 6-second increments.
- International calling is not included in these plans.
- Rates are applicable to “In-state” and “Interstate Calling.”
- Calls must originate and terminate on HTC-provided switched access lines.
