Incorporated in 1904, this cooperative, owned by those we serve, provides state-of-the-art telecommunications to the central Red River Valley of Minnesota and North Dakota on both sides of the river between Halstad and Fisher, MN including Hillsboro, ND. 
      Wireless Broadband Internet is available in rural Hillsboro, ND and all of western Polk County, MN including Crookston. We also provide Internet service to Grand Forks, Grand Forks Air Force Base and their surrounding communities in North Dakota as well as East Grand Forks and Crookston, MN.
